All of my life golfing. I have had the mental problem of feeling as if I freeze up over the ball. I feel like the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz.
Well, my recent work on the muscles that cause internal and external rotation of the legs gave me a breakthrough idea. I focused on twisting the left knee inward in the backswing. That is internal rotation. It immediately cured my Tin Man Syndrome, also known as Full Swing Yips.
Watch me stripe 3-iron blades with no tee to within 15-feet of the pin.
